I love this surgery. All the staff I’ve ever met and spoken to have been wonderful. Today, my Mum had an appointment at the surgery with Dr Badaruddin. She’s 87 years old, deaf, losing her sight and can’t walk unaided. The doctor was so kind to her and showed such patience and understanding, never rushing her to answer his questions. He is a credit to the Kingswell team!
We love this surgery. In 56 years I've never had a good surgery until now. I had an appointment with Dr Venksppayya today and he was brilliant. He was so thorough, kind, professional and excellent in every way, wanting to get to the root cause of my issues.nCharlotte on the reception is also the best receptionist I've ever met, always smiling and going the extra mile. I saw Dr Kuktas this morning and she was also radiant. What a joy to have such professionals who obviously love their jobs! Thank you!
This surgery is credit to the staff working there. The waiting area is bright and clean. The staff friendly, helpful and I feel listened to. Thoroughly impressed with the time taken for test results to come through and be notified by a doctor on the next steps. I'm so pleased that I registered here.
I was so disappointed in this surgery. I got down to the practice only to be told it was not a face to face appointment but a phone call though I wasn't aware. After that I was told by the doctor that she would call me as the 7 days of blood pressure readings that I had given to the receptionist had not been attached to my file. I am still waiting and nobody from the surgery is contacting me. Given that I had extremely high blood pressure readings of around 145/ 138, and had called 111, I was expecting better than this. I have waited 4 days now.
Absolutely fabulous service. I can not fault them. All the staff are amazing, you are made to feel so welcomed from the start and no request is too much trouble. I have always been able to see a GP for a face to face consultation when requested. The new surgery looks fabulous, Its clean and welcoming and its always nice to be greeted with a happy smiley face behind the reception. I always have and will continue to recommend this surgery.
