Drove an hour and a half each way to view/buy a van. Messaged to make sure I was told about any nasty surprises. 
Van was a bag of rubbish. Panel driver's door not lining up.
Wet passenger seat, leak from roof.
Sloppy gearbox from cab.
Driver side strut looks faulty.
Front bumper way off line.
Arrived with heater unit leaking.

My other half went to  this joke of an establishment to get 2 tyres fitted after being messed about and left waiting in the COLD for ages she was told someone would call her back with a convenient time to return  which never happened!!!  the mechanic didnt speak a word of english and the receptionist was no help what so ever AVOID!!!!

Took my car for MOT. Waited over 2 hours, no call to say MOT complete. Rang garage asked what is happening, told me had better come in. Listed 15 faults with my car, i asked for quote, got told needed to wait 2 hours for it and they would call me, 4 hours pass no call, i phone them they tell me they call at end of day. Two days later still no call, i call them up in early afternoon. Ask where is my quote, get told they have no idea about it and my car. I give details about MOT THEY DID, calls me back 2 hours later and tells me to bring my car in 3 days later as they need to look at it again to give quote.... absolute time wasters! I will never use again and absolutely would not recommend just based on the very poor level of customer service! What a joke, except jokes are funny.
