What an excellent shop, the staff couldn't have been more helpful in fitting my two children hats, body protectors, boots and joddies on a really busy Saturday and then taking the time to advise me about saddles for my new horse. Highly Recommended. Lovely girls who are a real credit to the business, thank you! Will be back :-)

Feel generous giving them 1 star. Saddler didn't even see me in my saddle before telling me it didn't fit him, shown saddles far over my budget, pointless callout fee and the most rude staff member I have ever dealt with who hung up the phone on me. Would never go near them again.

Awful experience with the saddlry service. Had an expensive saddle fitted then tried to book follow up appointments however no response. Had another saddler look at it, completely the wrong shape for the horse and was pinching him. Have tried to sell the saddle on but looking at simular saddles on the market, the value is significantly lower than what I payed. Gave it back to penfolds to sell on for me again, no updates and saddle collecting dust. Really awful service and highly unrecommended.

Excellent service, have used Martin the saddle fitter for a while now, and recently posted an item for repair which was done very quickly and cheaply. Highly recommended.
