‘Daylight robbery’ First of all the prices on the board don’t matter as that’s not what they want to charge, upon arrival I was greeted by a guy who very quickly and bluntly borderline aggressively told me it was £6 for just the wash even though it says £4.50 on the board. I lost count how many he times he said it was £6, he said at least 2 if not 3 times. The carwash itself was mediocre at best especially when other car wash places in Nelson charge £4 - £5 and do a more thorough job, so why do these guys want to charge an inflated price?

I have used this place for years to get my car valeted . The last few times I have taken my car here the service has been a bit lacking. Paying £25 for a mini valet and polish I would at least expect my car to not have streaks all down the side of it and the dashboard to be wiped at the very least. It used to be great and you would leave with a spotless car and while I get that sometimes mistakes happen its become a recurring issue. When the female Manager is there you tend to get a better service but when she's not and you point out the issues to the guys you basically get grunts back in response.
