Paid full price @ £12.00 for the HULTRA HD  Pro Shield car wash,the guy didn`t even go over the car before i was led into the drive thru bay *normally the guy gives your car wheels,windows & car the once over manually before your led through the car bay* got home & was very disappointed with the finish,had to clean the wheels and polish the glass myself.Account closed & will not be going back.Service:&nbsp;Car waxing

The only reason it gets a star, it’s because there is no option for “no star”  Rude, unprofessional,very poor customer service! Been treated with no respect at all! We asked for a mini valet, and the guy told us that no way in the hell he will do that on a saturday. We had no choise but to reverse, and leave! That after driving 20 min to get to IMO car wash! Will never go back.  Avoid! A complete waste of time!

Again another great experience at IMO. £5 for wash2 and£6 for triple shampoo. Top wash still£12. I had the triple shampoo. Now I've great thing to tell you one thing here. They made my tyres look brand new. I have not seen that I'm other IMO I been to. The man was polite, professional and even offered receipt after paying on the card. Car looks great. Not one spot missed. I totally recommend this place.  Thank you

Realisable priced and staff very helpful and welcoming, my car looked very clean after was surprised how shiny it looked and did fir weeks after would recommend to all friends and family

Got the £10 wash and wax. Car only valeted 3 weeks ago so not much dirt on it but the rear is still dirty. Muck that will easily wipe off so why did the car wash not clean it. Smears all over windscreen.  Not impressed at all.

£5 car wash, now got a £110 bill to fix the chrome that was lifted and twisted on the near side rear window. 10 mins after leaving I heard a flapping noise on the motorway. It's an 18 month old car so it wasn't wear and tear nor a coincidence. Of course IMO trying to blame me because I drove off. You don't expect to leave a car wash with part of your car hanging off. Not bothering with their renowned Customer Service tactics of delay and frustrate so I'm going to pay £35 to open a small claims court claim.

Friendly staff, a thorough pre wash and excellent results from the drive thru car wash.

Lately an exceptional value for money via the app subscriptions.  Highly recommended. The staff pay great attention to detail in the prewash although sometimes there has been language barrier difficulties.  After 3 times having my wing mirrors damaged by the main wash I have had to make sure my mirrors are folded in before the main wash, and it does say for this to be done beforehand anyway. I have never seen anyone else do this though.

We visited the IMO car wash because my 5 year old son was desperate to go through a proper car wash. The member of staff was very helpful and friendly. We went for the top option at £12 and it left the body work looking fantastic. Unfortunately the wheels weren't up to the same standard but my little lad loved it and wants to go again soon
