Had an appointment at the surgery for my Carpel Tunnel. My nurse was Vicki  Blond haired lady . Vicki was so chatty & pleasent & made me at ease. She is a credit to her proffesion. Thank you.

New to the surgery, but so far so good! Quick at getting me in for appointments and I always leave with an confident answer.

I'm new to this surgery, but have had to visit 2-3 times so far. I've got an appointment quickly each time, and the wait times once arriving have been generally fine. Staff and nurses are friendly and helpful.

Dr can't give a prescription over the phone yet you can't book an appointment to see the Dr! Told to ring 101 who in turn say to go see your GP. Ring at dead on 8am and appointments for the day gone???

Constantly being told there are no appointments and forgot to give my daughter her MMR jab. Rang to try and get this done as soon as possible to be told...... You guessed it no appointments. This surgery is beyond appalling for wait times. I've now informed my partner to change surgeries to a team who can actually organise a diary
