Left without medication and told it was my problem as lost in the post.nnAppaulling service from receptionistnMy medication was sent via the post and not delivered.nnI called the surgery as I was told to put in a new requestnI was rudely told it was my problem and to take it up with royal mail and the pharmacy. The pharmacy said to get a new request from the doctor.nnThe surgery has refused to arrange another prescription or allow me an appointment to speak to a doctor regarding my health or missing vital medication.nnHave been told I have to go without vital medication for 4 weeks as its not their problemnnWorst surgery with no level of service .
I cannot fault the service I have received here from both doctors and the receptionists. They have all been outstanding. I’m finally making progress with getting my medical condition sorted after my previous doctors surgery couldn’t care less. Very impressed.
Very unhappy with lack of support Doctor agreed to do an urgent referral for me but Secretaries refuse to complete. The reason they give is their policy states they cannot do online referrals despite the Doctor being fully aware it was an online referral pathway. Totally understand data protection but the provider has given written assurance as GDPR compliance, Cyber Essentials Accreditation and ICO compliance. I’ve offered to provide written consent to share my data but still refuse to refer me despite GP agreeing urgency. Full breach of my legal right to use a provider and discrimination just because ‘the computer says no’ No flexibility shown at all. Told I can find another provider for the referral but they cannot provide a list of approved providers I have to go and find one in a medical area I have no knowledge of. They really need to look at putting patient needs first and not just saying we cannot find an alternative referral pathway So it’s basically it’s our way or no way despite numerous other health authorities using the online referral process Digitial Transformation has not reached the Practice! Like all the other complaints on here I expect a copy and paste generic response. Hope CQC can sort this poor service out as up until now I’ve been fairly happy with the Practice.
Had an appointment with Dr Kevin . He didn’t bother to change the paper cover of examination bed and asked me to lay my newborn baby on a bed that had a used paper cover. It’s disgusting . He didn’t even care about the baby crying so hard with pain and told us everything is normal. We had to take our baby to ER later . To make things worst they also hv a parking scanner that doesn’t register all cars and sends tickets to patients that are already suffering due to health problems. It’s a shameful practice that these guys follow at this surgery.
Awful and lack organisation I honestly thought it would be better but someone needs to come in and sort it out.nnMaybe a fresh manager and staff to match the new building.nnBringing over the staff with attitudes from failing practices and expect it to be better when you put them together doesn't work.
