How does 3 hour delivery time sound to you? No it’s not a typo!!! Ordered at 6:15 received at 9:15!! Phoned up twice each time just blatantly lied to about how long it would take. Tried a third time, no answer, so I went up there in person. Ignored by staff but spoke to a delivery driver who did seem flustered and very busy, clearly understaffed. He informed me that it was out with the other driver. Clearly making about 18 deliveries per trip. The food was cold and missing an item that we ordered, we got some bean sprouts in what looked like pond water in its place. If minus stars was a thing that’s what they’d get! If you’re looking to spend your hard earned cash on a takeaway family treat, and don’t mind waiting 3 hours for it, not get what you ordered and have a microwave to warm it when it eventually arrives then this is the place for you. How this place is still in business I will never know. Never again!
Ordered vegetarian dish and received a chicken omelette. NOT HAPPY! Not the first time they got my order wrong but not this badly. Also no point in ringing to complain either
Very poor service week in week out, constantly lied about how long food will take to be delivered. Often well over 1hr40mins to be delivered. Would not recommend them. Plenty more reliable take aways available.
I Just had a lovely healthy meal from here and it was so fresh and very tasty I got a chicken omelette and chicken with mixed vegetables and it was amazing
Worse Chinese I've ever had. Curry sauce was like water. chicken balls and chewy. Whole takeaway thrown away. Absolute waste of money.
wow , considering this is not our local takeaway , though would try.Ordered the BBQ spare ribs which was in a very watered down BBQ sauce and the ribs very fatty . I also found the egg fried rice to contain no egg at all. On a positive note the Hot and Sour soup was really good and the rest of family enjoyed thier meals. Would I use again , mmmmm perhaps not
2hour 10 minutes wait despite being told 70 mins. Food was cold and not up to standard . Absolutely awful experience. Never again
If you want to wait for over 2 hours for even a small order of 3 items highly recommended!
Wouldn't normally rate these 5 star but my order tonight was a vast improvement very very fresh food not sat on hot plate for ages and delivered very very very fast huge improvement
Always great food, definitely a family favourite Food: 5/5
