Loved this shopping centre. Very clean with some good shops. Sports direct lost the star because couldnt get round the shop in my wheelchair and ended up knocking things off racks and having to move rails just to get round.
Appearance inside is neat and tidy. Staff are not as attentive as you’ll find in other stores. They are helpful when asked but will not reach out to help. They never answer their phone - lines must be down or the incorrect number displayed on the website. Surely not ignoring a ringing phone!
Good parking cheap fuel at Tesco good Range of shops
We were there for the Groom Room within Pets at Home. The girls made a fantastic job of my 2 miniature dachshunds and my mothers rather wooly unkempt appearance. Thank you and I can't recommend them enough.
I visited Matallan, and was pleasantly surprised with the clothing on offer, so splashed out. It's a very clean and easy place to shop, with a nice variery of Outlets, and on the local Dumfries/Lockerbie bus route, so very convenient.
Amazing choices value for money
Great staff, very helpful
Bit out of our way so can't go all that often
Great retail park with a good selection of shops Plenty of parking
Shame it's out of town and not part of the High Street
