Extremely helpful and friendly.
Bought two Cannondale cyclocross bikes for me and my wife. Couldn't have been more friendly or obliging. Lots of helpful suggestions. Wanted to sell the 'right' bikes for us, as opposed to what they had for sale. Free bike fitting was excellent. Have been back a few times and always the same excellent standard of service. Overall really impressed.
