DON'T GO HERE , I only gave one star because giving zero stars wasn't an option... They are a bunch of aggressive unprofessional people. I brought my daughter here to get her hair plaited. It was a mess. I went back to the shop the very next day. And the owner begun verbally abusing me. (DID THEY NOT LEARN THAT THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT) a woman called GRACE DID IT MY DAUGHTERS CORNROWS . the salon owner IS very scary and violent. They are village people with no manners. The salon is a mess and they play inappropriate movies on the T.V in there full of swearing and abuse. All in front of kids. They don't care. The owner kept shouting at me in front of all her customers & staff when I was showing her where my daughters hair had came undone . She wouldn't listen and kept shouting in front of small children . She even tried to push me out of the shop. I had to remove my daughters hair the next day after paying £35.

Worst customer service ever. Don't bother going to this place. Also very unprofessional and honestly some of the workers I don't think even know what they're doing when it comes to hair colouring. One of the ladies there coloured my hair like 4/5 times in the space of 2 hours when you're not meant to dye your hair more than twice a week lol. and my hair looked a right mess with a batch of colour everywhere as if I was a bloody Tiger. I tried to communicate what I wanted but it went in one ear and came out the other. My hair is still damaged to this day and this experience has left me mentally and physically scarred and the funny thing is the very rude lady had the nerve to ask for higher price but I insisted I will pay original price when I shouldn't have even payed anything at all as I didn't get anything but hair toture. I was honestly better of before I came in than when I left. The next day I had to go to another hair dressers and get all the colour removed, my hair cut really short because of the damage and hair treated. Please Do yourself a favour and don't go to this salon. You're better off getting a two year old to colour your hair. I only gave it one star because I can't give a 0.
