Consistently overcharge for services. Handyman service is poorly undertaken and they use it to charge unsubstantiated sums . Cleaning costs are through the roof. Glad we terminated the contract with them. We now have a far better service without all the issues that come with Pebbles and for realistic and fair charging unlike Pebbles
Great company, very hard working staff who go above and beyond at all times
While I haven't used their services directly, I can say this: Pebbles of Salcombe are great people. When the airbnb I had booked turned out to be unaccessible, James from Pebbles went out of his way to make sure I didn't have to sleep in my car. Despite being looped into the situation by mistake, having nothing to do with it and no responsibilities towards me, James managed to find a solution at midnight! I cannot speak highly enough of his responsiveness, problem solving and most of all, all around character. Thank you again
