Not a bad word to say about this takeaway in the two/three years I've been using it. Hands down the best Chinese in Notts. You can tell they use better quality ingredients than most. We travel 8 miles to collect from this takeaway!!

First time we have used this Chinese and we won't be returning.The food was delivered later than quoted and was luke warm, so we had to microwave it. Most of the containers were less than half full. The beef was a bit chewy and not very tasty. None of the dishes were anything better than average. My partner had duck pancakes but there were only 6 small wraps which were all so stuck together they ripped as he tried to separate them, so he had a lot of duck left. I rang up straight away to explain my dis-satisfaction and the Chinese lady that answered the call was friendly but a bit clueless about how to resolve a complaint. She asked what I wanted and I said a partial discount, which she said they were unable to do but could give me discount for next time, which I've declined on the basis that I don't want to order from there again.

Very good. They are polite every time. Steak is done to the way i ask. Would recommend . In fact on my way there now.
