Big Mike here. I recently had an outstanding experience at this bike shop/workshop. They fixed numerous issues that I couldn't resolve myself and replaced the cassette according to my specifications. The staff are incredibly positive and skilled mechanics. I especially want to commend the young mechanic, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, but he has definitely gained a loyal customer in me. Highly recommended!
Awesome shop went today to get a bleed kit for my sons bike ,rang them up they helped me with what I needed any body near here or want a decent mtb shop to go to this is worth It! I traveled just over an hour just to come here today and ended up leaving with more for my own bike, shop owners very helpful!
Wonderful shop. Plenty of space and parking, good range of stock, and excellent mechanics who saved our touring weekend by extracting a large flint from my tyre and successfully plugging the hole. Provided geeat advice too, all with a smile and reasonably priced.
I am on holiday and had problems with my e-bike so called in just before they shut. Really helpful technician who got me sorted out. Great and friendly service.

It's the 1st time I've been to Pearse Cycles and found them to be both friendly and helpful. They also fixed my dropped post while I waited - thanks Ian! A biker pal recommended them to me and will be happy to use them again.
Pearce Cycles sold me a Specialized e-bike some time ago and provided brilliant service at the time - highly knowledgeable, attentive and friendly service. I was most impressed. The after sales care has also been exemplary! I thoroughly recommended this company, they are a proper family run business who care about their customers!
