Dreadful. I use to love this place. I could just about tolerate the busy traffic as it is on a main road. But the recent addition of very noisy Chickens & Cockrels in the small back yard is "unbearably noisy" constant "Squarking" non stop from 03:00am. Perfect for insomniacs !!!

Great value and lovely breakfast. Excellent location at the town center so short walking distances anywhere. Real cosy and such nice hosts makes for a pleasant stay.
