My mum and I visited this store on Thursday looking for a pair of trousers for her as she had had a fall and hurt her foot. The staff on duty could not have been more helpful. We were met with warmth, friendliness and it made such a difference. Mum waited in the changing room while i went to the checkout and walked out wearing them. Thank you ladies.

Well what can i say. The manager has the customer relationship skills on par with Adolf Hitler. WARNING!!! Do not return goods as you will be branded a thief. No trail or jury. Its No wonder people dont shop there.
