Helping young people and children suffering with anxiety, anger and depression how to gain confidence, self-acceptance and resilience.

Story

I'm Inger and I help families be happy again. I do this by working with children and teenagers who are anxious or angry and whose parents have become afraid that this is more than just a phase or a normal part of childhood and growing up.
Very often they've already tried to find help but without success. Through working with the child I help parents get their happy, well-adjusted child and their peace of mind back.

I would highly recommend Inger Peace of mind skills. This kind and gentle type of therapy brought back peace in our family. My daughter has definitely gain some skills to live the full of her life and achieve her own potential. The sessions with Inger are very helpful for accessing unconscious thought patterns that can hold us back or maybe causing distress. The time is spent in a calm relaxing environment,that feels safe and supported. Helpful tools and techniques are shown, this allows the process to continue between appointments, building self confidence and assertiveness. Inger has a very open approach to look at areas we may feel restricted or held back by. I highly recommend this natural way to seek Peace of Mind.

Inger is a gifted holistic therapist with a wealth of tools at her disposal to help you resolve whatever challenge you or your child are facing, be it physical, mental, spiritual or emotional. She is constantly studying and expanding her knowledge in the field, holds a safe space beautifully for her clients, and is a true professional. Highly recommended.

Working with Inger has been a revelation. She has helped me to identify and 'track' my some emotional challenges and has guided me gently and surely to release habits and move forward in my life.
