I just recently bought this new laptop and a laptop bag with a mouse.... And I feel it's good.... Still.... Because I just bought this I will use them for the next few days After that I can tell that how things are going to work and how it's working.
Went in store to the Kingsway branch to exchange a damaged tv that was delivered to me. I waited at the customer service desk as one customer in front of me, but a few minutes later when that customer was dealt with, the guy serving behind the counter saw me, and walked away without saying anything! I stood there for a further 25 minutes, whilst the manager also walked past and no one was coming to my counter! Finally, I asked the lady serving someone else behind the checkouts, who then had to serve 2 people at the same time, whilst other team members just walked around and the manager doing, from what I could see, nothing! Very very poor customer service experience!!!!!! Currys, you need to do better!
Recycled a number of electrical goods today at Curry's. Finally dragged stuff out of the garage on a spur of the moment clear out mission! Arrived at Curry's and explained to a member of staff what we had in the car and he was soon off to fetch a flat trolley to transfer stuff onto. So helpful. Was given a voucher for £5 off next purchase in recognition of recycling electrical items with thanks
I recently visited and had a very poor experience. All the staff were huddled together and chatting away. Not a single person came over to me to help. I went over to member of staff and asked where the instant cameras were and he told me they don’t have any and that I should look online. I asked another member of staff who showed me to the front isles were they were and I was just left there and he was back chatting with his mates. I went over to another member of staff and asked some questions about a product and he had no clue and told me it’s all on the box. The worst bit was paying the guy at the till, he had no manners, it took him 10 minutes to process the payment for a camera. I asked him for a gift receipt and he forgot to process and then fobbed me off saying he did request it but for some reason it never came out. There was no hello or thank you. I asked the guy for how to leave feedback and he started to muffle and had no clue. What an awful experience. I won’t be parting with my money with them again.
I went to Curry's today to purchase a new hoover and fridge/freezer. Richard the store assistant who was on hand was a really knowledgeable and friendly guy. He was a credit to his job and made everything really easy as he was able to give a good insight into some of the products. The other staff were all very helpful as well.
The man was very helpful, the only thing was we wanted to buy a undercount freezer but they had none in store only the one on display, but they 650 in the warehouse so why are not more put in store , how are your staff ment to sell products that are not there , we are not happy about that. How many of your customers walk in and walk back out because they are not in stock.
I visited Curry’s at Derby to purchase a smart TV. Unsure which one to purchase, I spoke with Kevan from Hisense. Well impressed so I purchased a 55inch. A very nice young man from Curry’s did all my paperwork for me. Operator 89 Gareth. Gareth went through insurance which I was impressed no pressure from this young man to purchase. I decided to get the insurance as my TV was expensive. Both Kevan and Gareth took my TV to my car for me. Both these guys a credit to curry’s store Derby. Very happy with my TV Regards Mrs Evans
David in the upstairs/home appliances section is very friendly and helpful, had loads of advice and knowledge for purchasing decisions as well as his own anecdotal experiences with various appliances. Helped me make the right decision with a smile.
Staff very helpful but delivery team let them down. Sorry not a good experience regarding my new washing machine. Machine arrived with the belt not attached. Disaster
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE 2 DAYS FOR COLLECTION AND WOMAN SAID TO ME ON THE PHONE, YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER UNTILL YOU RECIEVED THE ITEMS. THAT IS COMPLETLY SO SILLY, HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER SUGGEST THAT PLACE. GO TO ARGOS THEY ARE ABLE TO PREPARE YOUR COLLECTIONS AT THE SAME DAY FOR MANY ITEMS.
