If i could leave a 0 score i would have. I popped in to do a upgrade and happened to know the advisor who was talking to me AJ I was the only customer in the shop and there was 4 or 5 other advisors just sitting around. Another customer walked in and the very rude Assistant manager Lyndon asked AJ to go and serve them Over me even though there was 5 people sat around doing nothing. he then put his hand on me and ushered me towards the door i have never been so insulted in my life. I will be taking this matter further i have been with 3 for many years but this was a all time low. I have spoke to customer service who said i should and will log a formal Complaint.

I cant rate these highly enough!! Absolutely stellar service, nothing is too much trouble! Sayfur the store manager is fantastic, professional, helpful and super polite. I will never ever upgrade online again! Thankyou so so much all at three store Derbion!!
I was really excited to get the new pixel 7 pro and decided to pop into the store last Friday 14th Oct 2022 to place the order. The customer executive was quick to assist me and helped me place my order. It was communicated to me that I can collect my hanset from the store on Monday 17th Oct 2022. However when I returned on Monday to collect my phone, there was a notice that said the store is being refurbbished till Wednesday. I was never notified of this when I placing my order. Due to this I am incurring charges on my new device and sim when I have not even received it three charges you from the moment the account is active which is 14th Oct in my case. Additionally I had to make changes to my travel plans just so that I can collect my phone. Thoroughly dissapointed with the experience.
I bought a phone for my mother at this shop, as a Christmas present. They told me that the phone will work ok with her contract, and she could change it within 14 days if she wants to. She went back to the store for help setting it up and the person on December 27th and the person who helped her, Adam, was rude to her and also told her incorrectly that the phone wouldn't work with her contract and couldn't be exchanged. I had to go and talk to the manager and I returned it for a refund as allowed. This was on 27th December. The person who helped me buy the phone before Christmas was polite and helpful, but those working there on the 27th were unhelpful and incompetant, including Adam and the manager.
Quite helpful. I was there about a scam. Someone impersonated me and set up a bunch of contracts They failed to ask me for id tho.
I came in for a upgrade and had lovely customer service from a lady called kady. She really communicated well because I was confused and wanted the best deal. She also offered me water as it was a hot day. I definitely left a happy customer. Thank you three always been good to me!
Went into the shop Saturday to upgrade,had to order new phone to be delivered yesterday 15/02/22.stayed in all day no messages no calls no notifications,rang store today16/02/22 to be told need to ring 3!! I've rang 3 and been told the order has been cancelled!! And I need to go back to the store to reorder. I've now tried to ring the store and nobody answers the phone ...... so Another trip to the store pay extortionate parking and another waste of 3 hours .
After my 3 Mobile Wi - Fi contract had come to an end I visited the shop and enjoyed excellent customer service from the Store Manager. He was very courteous having a " nothing is too much trouble attitude ". He gave me all the help and advice required to switch to the 3 Home Broadband service at a very competitive price.
