I bought a half chicken with salad. Sadly came without. Complained to an extremely rude, arrogant grumpy old man on the phone, who even hung up in the middle of complaining. They forgot the main component to go with my chicken - side salad. They said they would bring the salad and 50 minutes later it still hadn't arrived so the chicken salad I ordered in the end was just chicken. Still no salad, refund and no clarity.
Revolting service, dry chicken, it took too long for a wrong order. 
I guess you get what you pay for - a cheap inedible meal and donation to a bunch of robbing men who call themselves "chefs". Absolutely abysmal... shut them down.

Chicken turned up full of blood. Literally tore the chicken meat and blood ran onto my plate. I called and offered to let them collect the chicken or have photos as assumed it was a new member of staff making a mistake. The guy was so rude and threatened to send people round my flat ... anyways environmental health received a copy of the photos and said they where absolutely shocked. A genuine health risk.
