I absolutely love this place. Whenever I come in I can smell all the food inside. Staff are nice and there is lots of options, from cakes, to cupcakes and pastries!

I found the place as looking over the web in order to get birthday cake for my girl! And was unbelievable discovery and support from the guys there! I totally recommend them. Now i'm just on my Fifth cake order :
A terrible experience at this place. The staff tall woman with red hair was extremely arrogant and argumentative, contradicting my order despite her colleague making it perfectly with the same instruction last week. The coffee she finally served was poor. I can't say I'm surprised by the negative reviews of their staff. I have tried some of their cakes and pastries, they're average at best. The pastries have a texture more like bread rather than a real pastry and are quite expensive.

I often go into Pavlovs for tea, I've always found the staff very friendly, their biscuits are beautiful, my friends have said all the cakes have been perfect, I would say 10/10

I absolutely love Pavlovs Bakery. They have an amazing variety of pastries, biscuits and of course cakes. Delicious coffee and lovely service. This is a gem bakery hidden in Ongar. Treat yourself!!!
