Held my daughters baby shower at Mayfield Farm Bakery this weekend and oh my goodness what a fantastic experience. Beautiful, country setting, so calming and comfortable. Impeccable, friendly service. The staff were so helpful and accomodating, the experience was value for money and there is parking too! Would definitely go back again.
I would recommend this just of new junction 7A M11 service was great I went in around 2pm and was plenty to choose from I was only picking up bits while passing the sausage shop had a lot to choose from too. There a coffee shop and staff was very friendly will pop in again.Food: 5/5
I go here on a regular basis, always buying my loafs and the weekend I had made the most amazing Chocolate Super Mario Birthday cake. Jackie and the team really can’t do enough for you.
Such a shame that the the place which could be great unfortunately have a very bad service and massive cleanliness issues. We felt very unwelcomed at the till while ordering our food - confusion of if the ingredients are in date and also if they are available . The bread was very tasty but sadly my avocado and egg breakfast was not served with the ingredients which were listed in the menu and poached egg was well over done. The place was also dirty and the crockery which the drinks were served were dirty and also chipped. Such a shame as I love a good sourdough bread and was hoping to be a regular customer but sadly I won’t be coming back.
Myself and my friend had a lovely afternoon tea today. We were made very welcome and well looked after. Sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious. Would definitely recommend
Did a sourdough baking class yesterday with the first class baker Giovanni Di Sarno. Excellent class and very informative, we made a few different breads, scones and bread sticks. Really enjoyed the class and the group were fabulous. Will definitely go back for other courses Food: 5/5
I've been to Mayfield farm bakery a couple of times , The coffee is great , I was there last wk at the butchers I brought some of thier lovely sausages and all the lovely flavours , they where absolutely lovely , full of flavour definitely recommend anyone in the area go grab something from the butcher's
Such a shame….have had so many breakfasts here and thoroughly enjoyed them though my last visit was terrible. Food was cold, poached eggs were overcooked and some of food items were missing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but that doesn’t make up for the breakfast being so awful. Very disappointing.Food: 1/5
Great place to have breakfast or lunch. Cakes and bread are amazing. We visit most weekends. Lisa and Jackie are so friendly and welcoming always so kind and take the time to talk to my daughters even when they are really busy. Great to see how they remember their regulars. Keep up the great work ladies.
Love this place. Great place to visit for a vast variety of freshly cooked breads and cakes! The sausage shop next door is fabulous too.Food: 5/5
