I ordered flowers at very short notice and feel compelled to write this review. What a fantastic experience from ringing the shop (the shop owner spoke to me and talked me through what would make a nice gift for my Mum) to the delivery of this beautiful gift. I received a call from my Mother to say that they were the best flowers that she had ever received!!! Fresh, colourful and fragrant and beautifully arranged! Thank you Pavilion for your outstanding customer service...I will certainly be back!

Just received these AMAZING flowers from my wonderful husband for our anniversary and had to write this review! Must say, I'm very impressed with him - he has managed to almost exactly get a replica of my wedding bouquet (also supplied by the wonderful Pavilion of Sheffield). Pavilion never let you down, every time I have a bouquet from them (not all as elaborate as this one, admittedly!) I am delighted with the quality and the presentation. Couldn't stress stongly enough, if you're looking for an expert florists, use Pavilion. They are the best.

A refreshing change... for once I have used a company and a service I simply can't fault. Called Pavilion for a flower delivery in Sheffield today (my fault for short notice, but the distractions of Christmas shopping have addled my brain!) and without any fuss a wonderful bouquet was delivered to my mum within three hours of the call. The lady who took my order was helpful, polite, knowledgable and very professional. Mum says the delivery man was lovely, and her flowers were some of the best she has ever had. I suppose the moral of the story is - don't buy flowers online and expect to get something you are happy with. Use Pavilion if you want a bouquet just that bit more special! x

It is always difficult ordering flowers from a place you don't know. Jonathan was so patient and helpful suggesting how he could make the display. I simply knew that I wanted something special that would represent the word 'celebrate'. His knowledge of flowers and plants came across in our phone chat and so it was so easy to have confidence in his suggestions. I thought his patience was amazing when he was waiting for me to decide what the card should say. It is this focus on the customer that makes a customer return and I will certainly return! He went above and beyond by sending me a message and 2 photos of the finished display. I was thrilled to see what I was sending my poorly daughter and his kind wishes were much appreciated. Finally, I would like to add a few words that my daughter text me :- " I have never ever received such an amazing bunch of flowers " "The man who delivered them went through in detail what they all were!" "Amazing florist!" Once again, many thanks for your superb service. If there were 10 stars I would award them. Fiona 20 /01/2018 Yet again, a brilliant experience! Four months on, I phoned up for another arrangement to be sent and I was amazed that Jonathan not only remembered me but could recall where he had delivered the last arrangement to! That is true customer focus! Jonathan was able to offer friendly advice regarding the arrangement which was quite something when the only instruction I gave was " I wanted something to brighten her day"! I could tell from my daughter's reaction that the flowers had really cheered her up ; Jonathan went to a great deal of trouble to make the delivery special by telling her what the flowers were. As I live so far away from Sheffield, Jonathan yet again sent me photos of the flowers accompanied by a list of what the bouquet featured. Amazing florist, flowers and service. Thank you Jonathan - Here are 10 STARS * * * * * * * * * *

Polite, helpful and friendly staff, the quality of the flowers was second to none and the prices were very competitive. Highly recommended.
