My boyfriend bought me some lovely roses when I came out of hospital. They lasted 4 days and they had died! I politely phoned up the lady in the shop and she was rude! Said it's because of the weather. The flowers were kept in a safe and cool place. She never apologised, she was rude and abrupt. I shall not be going back here again. Morrisons and asda flowers last longer!

The shop has a very good selection of fresh flowers and even if they haven't got what you want offer to order it in for you, the staff are really friendly and very helpful and make the most beautiful flower arrangements.

The staff at flora's are friendly and helpful. The selection is beautiful. The flowers are always fresh. They offer other items to go along with the arrangements also.
