Click and collect only at the moment and letting them know I had arrived in the car park didn't work. I gave them 10 minutes then went into the foyer to ask them for my order. Service was quick and the car park was very quiet! Lots of great furnishings at competitive prices. My second visit in 2 weeks.
I love Dunelm a very good place to visit. It has all sorts of stuff you name it. I always go there for their superb quality bedding and flowers. I love flowers. I would recommend anyone to go and have a look I promise you will come out with something

Whilst I understand the pressure on retail during this pandemic, I was forced to stand outside in the freezing rain for over 15 mins after initially walking and and being forced to walk out again via the exit - passing everyone else in there first. Poor process.
Good quality products for reasonable prices. You can find everything fornyou house. We had a tea and scone with cream alsi in the cafeteria. So perfect!
Website advertised one hour pick up when ordered then without notice it was changed to over 3 hours. Staff were ok they managed to go look for it in store but still it took some persuading for them to do it and even then they wasn't sure what it was that I ordered and they got it right on the second attempt
First time purchasing from dunelm, curtains and a rug. Good quality and affordable. Would definitely recommend.
Very well organised so only had to wait a couple of minutes to get in. Had some lovely food in the cafe which was reasonably priced. The selection of goods you can get for your home is really good.
Terrible Customer Service - wanted to return some pillow covers but was not allowed - the pillows were bought packed with a paper ribbon and no plastic around and were being returned the same way as displayed in store. Wrote to their complaint center, 3 months later I am still awaiting a reply
