Extremely helpful team. We were stuck in the traffic so we arrived after closing time. After I called them, they organised that someone came to the shop to open it only for us. My daughter was very happy. (3 hours journey there) We bought a little, very nice Russian tortoise. It is healthy and cute. They gave us everything what needed.  I am so grateful.

Best reptile shop in the universe if you haven’t been here I highly recommend. Staff are friends and prices are reasonable. Love bringing my kids here on a day out :)

Our place of choice when we had a pair of bearded dragons. Well infomred staff (and owner). Helpful through all the process from purchase and care. Also put up with my little boy tapping on some of the terrariums.

All the animals look well cared for, and happy. They have enough space and all their cages are clean. Same goes for the live food they sell, so very little more you could ask for really.

Challenged what I believe was the owner regarding prices. His tone completely changed, he became very defensive, angry and aggressive.  Will never return. Zero stars from me.
