Called in today and got an excellent haircut just as i wanted it. Place is clean and well equipped and staff friendly and polite.

I've been coming here for about 15 years, great shop with great staff who are really good at what they do, however, and this is why it isn't 5 stars, the owner constantly leaves this shop short staffed, I don't know how many times I've been on a Saturday and theres only been one person working and theres a que of 5-6 people waiting, countless people walk in the shop then straight back out as they don't want to wait. Now if you go to the shop on the coast road there's always about 3 staff working, even if that shop isn't busy there's still about 3 there, now I can't understand why someone can't be sent down to this shop to help out, I hope the owner reads this comment and acts on it.
