I am a nan and wanted to order my grand daughter some salt and pepper chips. We phoned up and got a horrible girl on the phone with horrible attitude. After several hours of trying to order online, my grand daughter started crying because she was starving and didnt want the food i offered her. Do better Paul and fix out your service! Thanks alot

Used to order regularly and food was decent for a chippy offering. Messed up last 4 orders so have stopped using.  Kept giving the benefit of the doubt but complacency seems to have crept in. Jury is out.

Food arrived and it was cold... Not even warm or cool - it was stone cold so it all had to be heated up. It's the second time this has happened

We order food at 7.05 got it at twenty past 9 at night the food was cold would never order from there again was sick ringing up to see where food was the chicken was also cold and dry
