Very professional, took plenty of time to explain things properly, explaining the different solutions to my issue, the pros/cons and cost of each solution. Of the solutions possible, the one he recommended was not the most profitable for him, but rather the most suitable for my needs. The work completed was faultless. Showed up when he said he would. Clearly showed his gas safe details. Charged exactly what he quoted on phone. I find it very rare to come across tradesmen that genuinely take pride in their work and are genuinely expert at it, but Paul is one of these rare few
