For the past 5 years I have used the boiler manufaturer engineer. I booked the same again this year. You pay in advance and get a different engineer each time. I was told by the firat engineer one of the most important aspects was cleaning out the filter. For the past five years the engineers have carried out this cleaning. This week the engineer who turned up declined saying it was not in his job description despite his five predecessors carrying out the cleaning cleaning. He claimed it was in case he caused a water leak. I asked him to leave withput servicing the boiler. After reading reviews I contacted Core Heat Ltd and booked a service. Lee fitted me in within three days, arrived on time and I can say, having watched five previous manufacturers engineers carry out a service that he is far more thorough. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him and he will deal with all my servicing in future.

I had called Lee in an emergency due to leak from the bathroom and he came down with his colleague the next day to diagnosed and fix the leak. He is a very polite, professional and friendly guy and will highly recommend his services to others. Keep up the good work buddy! :)

I used Core Heat to replace a gas boiler.  The work was carried out as scheduled and they left everything neat and tidy.  They also fitted a gas hob with the same high level customer service.  I would recommend and use them again.

Lee was very polite and efficient. He explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand and he kept me in touch every step of the way. Lee is very knowledgeable about heating and boilers and has great customer service.
