In 1983 a new branch was opened in Soho Road Birmingham. In 2009 we expanded to our third branch at 100 Soho Road. Successfully merging contemporary and traditional designs for most tastes our West Bromwich showroom has gone on to be the hub of our business interests. We provide a range of fantastic quality products in gold, platinum and diamonds at great rates."

Had a great experience at Paul Jewellers for my wedding jewellery. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase any jewellery. The customer service was excellent and the prices were reasonable too. The staff really listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to deliver with the final products which turned out exactly as specified. One of the items I ordered was required urgently and came before the estimated time so really pleased with the service. All the staff I encountered were very professional and respectful.
Aaron and his family were incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process of me finding the perfect engagement ring. He worked closely with me to ensure the ring was made to my exact specification and went over and above to ensure it had a top quality fit and finish. It was difficult to pick a ring as all their rings were absolutely beautiful and they have so much variety. I also needed the ring within a week and they worked with me to make this possible! Appreciate the effort so much! Absolutely love my ring! All of my questions were answered thoroughly, I will definitely be using Paul Jewellers in the future as all the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. A massive thank you to the team for making the process such an experience!
