DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JEWELLER. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The owner was very rude and had an attitude. I went in to get my watch cut. He said he can do it but it will be very difficult and a hassle for him to cut because it's an expander watch and it's petite. He then stated he does not like these kind of watches and said there are far more better quality watches than my watch and said he will do it for me. While he proceeded to cut my watch in the back room, I had to go out and get some cash. I come back and he's talking behind my back and complaining to another waiting customer and did not realise I was back. He said "these young people do not use their brains, they always have to make things complicated. It's good, I'm a specialist". He came out from the back room and looked at me in shock and said "not you". I could not believe it. He then gave my watch back and said he did it for me because he had free time to use. Otherwise he would not have done it. He even slightly discoloured my watch. I was really annoyed that I experienced this. I do not recommend.
Purchased a watch that cost over £100. Within 8 months the hands were just spinning on their own. Returned and told it would be sent away for repair which would take approximately 6 weeks. We had to call him 8 weeks, to be told yes it was ready, don’t know when he was going to let us know? Collected it today, he said he’d repaired it as a gesture of goodwill and that there was no guarantee left it’s not even 12 months old and only worn a few times. Terrible attitude and even worse customer service skills! Would never buy from him again.
Went in to get a watch repaired. He done it in a few minutes. Great service and got a can of Prime for the kids too! Always helpful and polite!
Don't bother buying from this store terrible customer service, after making payment without any notice once there's an issue u will then be told he doesnot make refunds except buying something else from his store to make up for ur money Arrant nonsense. There r plenty options stores that wil give you better service and value for your money.
