Summer did an amazing job with my hair. The colour I was going for turned out exactly how I wanted. She did a great job with the layers and styling also. Would definitely recommend! Lauren did my hair in the past and she’s also amazing at her job. Great experience every time I go!

Really good experience here today. Clean and professional salon with friendly staff. Most importantly, it was a very good haircut. David did a fantastic job on my hair, partner called it the best haircut he thinks I’ve ever had.

Very much disappointed! I booked a slot and came on time. Lauren took me at my time and started to do my hair. But then another client came and Lauren switched to her. I had to sit and wait, with my hair being wet, for 40 mins, watching Lauren doing haircut, blow dry, hair straitening to another client! Such a disrespect! On my question why she took two clients at the same time, and why I have to wait so long, Lauren replied that it is a usual routine. To make story short, my hair was blow dried by 3 different people. No wonder I had a nest on my head with the fringe sticking out to wrong direction. “It’s just your hair grows like that” I was told by Lauren. By the way, in the end I was charged full price as allegedly my hair was perfectly done by senior stylist Lauren, no matter I was waiting with wet hair for 40 mins and 3 different people was not able to do a proper blow dry. Is this what called “individual and specialist services”?

One if my worst experiences.  Lauren didn't get it. I just wanted a bit of shape round the front but she kept saying she can't because my hair is so fine.  At the end I kept insisting and I kind of got through to her although she still kept saying she can't.  What hairdresser says that?? A good hairdresser will listen and try. But this wasn't the case. Also my  right side was longer. I kept pointing it out but again she didn't see it. I walked out of the salon looking like a scarecrow with hair sticking up and fringe plastered against my forehead. I recently booked a hair appointment with the receptionist over the phone and was told the senior would be available. I booked for half a head of colour with cut and blowdry to finish. Unlike some I don't get my hair done often due to the expense of it. I was really looking forward to it because I have no other time to squeeze myself in until March due to my work and other things. I then got a call back same day cancelling my hair appointment because they have short staff and the young lady who is the receptionist is clearly under trained and doesn't have a clue no fault of hers but she could of asked for assistance at the time of booking the appointment. I can say I'm very upset by this and won't be booking any future hair appointments as i feel the service was unexceptable.

Morgan is an excellent hair stylist! She listens carefully and I'm always 100% happy when I leave.

Fantastic hair salon!!!! Get yourself a booking quickly to experience this little gem. So grateful the Google map fairies pointed me to this hair salon on our whistle stop visit to Darlington. The interior photos on Google first caught my eye as a splendid place to be pampered but Lauren stole the show today with her brilliant and professional hair styling, her mastery in the craft is one not found with many these days. The hair consult at the start is one of two I have ever had done & her styling was 100% top class! I feel like a super star today after my salon session. First time at Paul David hairdressing today after reading all the positive reviews decided to give them a go.  Paul was so knowledgable about hair and could describe to me in detail how my hair grew and how it should be styled and coloured to make the most of it.   I was very impressed with his knowledge, he was very personable and I left with a great haircut and colour, will definitely be going back.  Have to also say all the staff I came into contact with were really welcoming and professional, the salon has a really friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.
