Express eyelash extensions supposed to last 2 weeks only lasted 5 days contacted salon to discuss. Contacted them twice only to be told it’s Xmas and there busy!! Isn’t everyone .Being a salon and having a problem with one of there products they should contact you it’s only a phone call. Receptionist dismissive rude and would benefit a customer service course.
