Beef patty has good texture, decent flakiness but is flavorless. Meat taste more like filling and not meat and just no taste. I expected the beef patty to be amazing due to the name of the restaurant but no it was not good at all. I will not return.

I bought the patty deal for £7.50 along with 3 dinners for my family. When I got home . Let's say they all going in the bin. Judge for yourselfFood: 1/5
Extremely rude staff. I went in as a customer to buy food and she told me get out until she was done hoovering with a really nasty attitude. No form of hospitality to anyone let alone customers. It’s embarrassing to hire people like this and run a business this way. I cannot imagine them getting any repeat customers and will be surprised if the business lasts a long time with nasty workers in the shop.
I have been here on 2 occasions and on the first time I was coming from gym as at night and I was so hungry and decided to get a steamed fish w Okra. It look lovely and was well wrapped and the staff on shift was friendly and gave me a lot I later realise why . When I got home to eat it, it smelled absolutely disgusting!! It had gone off!! I threw it away after wasting £11 for a large. The next occasion was a couple of weeks ago, I went there with my work friend because she wanted a Guinness punch & soon as we walked in we noticed this shop stunkkkkk of rotten food, I was surprised the lady couldn’t smell anything? Can’t you guys smell rotting food?? Seriously ?? Do the staff not have a sense of smell like honestly? We stood there looking at the menu to try not to be rude but were so put off by the smell & the lady stood there with an attitude on her face like we were wasting her time typical Caribbean restaurant attitude when we were only just confused & wondering why a food shop is smelling gone off & staff are ok with this. Should be ashamed. We walked out out without buying the Guinness punch and have told my whole workplace to avoid. This is a food safety issue & will be reported to FSA. Food poisoning can kill you know. It’s happened twice to me so I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. Beware unless you want to end up in hospital!
The lady serving was so sweet & friendly. The food was amazing - we had 200 patties for a party. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you :Food: 5/5
Customer service needs alot of work! I was asked what side I wanted with my food salad, Coleslaw or plantain I said plantain. When I got home I had ONE slice of plantain! Rice is Chewy and potatoes are hard. Waste of money!
I CAN'T BELIEVE I ONLY FOUND THIS GEM OF A SHOP RECENTLY God bless you and yours Ignore the fake reviews because I can ensure you not only is the shop spotless clean, the man who usually serves when I come in is very professional and friendly which always makes the transaction very pleasant. Some of my faves are the patties &cocobread but the curry goat and jerk chicken is beautiful - real homemade food which is hard to get nowadays. You can even get cold/chilled parties which you can warm up at home/take to family and they're honestly Top quality for the prices and I will be in at least every week! The fresh drinks/juices are also really good, I love the Guinness punch and the carrot juice but they're all nice, definitely have a really nice selection of food and drinks. THANK YOU FOR FEEDING AND CARING FOR THE COMMUNITY AND FOR YOUR HARD WORK DURING THE PANDEMIC

This shop has been around for 20 years but looks so fresh like it only just opened. Very friendly and polite service and engaged in conversation with me which was very refreshing for a Jamaican takeaway. The patties I bought were high quality with actual meat inside and nice flaky pastry and a wide variety of flavours. There is a good variety of dishes to choose from as well as patties. Would love to try the other dishes and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this local business.
