Brilliant service from the team at Pattison's Stockton High Street branch, and Mel in particular who dealt with the sale of my house. Made the whole thing as smooth as possible, and they were very good at getting in touch with and chasing up solicitors of both parties for updates when things seemed to be quiet. Achieved the sale price I'd hoped for thanks to a realistic valuation based on their local knowledge and excellent advice from agents on marketing and viewings. Guided me through every stage of the process so I knew what was/should be happening at each stage. Thoroughly recommended.

I would like to take this opportunity to praise the support, professionalism, and tenacity of Pattinson Estate Agent, namely Melanie the Branch Manager who worked tirelessly in collaboration with Anne of Thomas Jackson Estate Agent in order to ensure the successful completion of a protracted sales chain which had been somewhat challenging for a considerable length of time.  Due to the seamless cooperation between our two agencies completion of the chain came to fruition successfully and to the joy of all vendors and purchasers alike.   It may seem unusual for one agent to give thanks and appreciation to another, but it is only through careful caretaking of such a chain, coupled with an overwhelming desire to ensure a successful transaction can bring such happiness to those involved. I received an outstanding service from Pattinson’s throughout the sale of my property. Elizabeth valued my home and explained the whole process to me in such a caring way that totally put me at ease. I was kept informed throughout the process and Mel, Cihan and the rest of the team were fantastic. Any questions or queries I had were dealt with straight away and any calls were returned immediately. Thank you so much for all your help and guidance throughout and for making my move stress free. Moving is always a stressful experience but Pattinson's Estate agents, with their warm welcoming approach really helped to smooth the seas and make the whole experience an enjoyable one.
