Ladder homes managed our property for 2 years and were excellent, we never had an issue with arrears despite a somewhat difficult tenant - we were informed as to how the tenancy was going at all times and any tenant issues were always dealt with efficiently and quickly. We were landlords by circumstance rather than choice and I couldn't recommend them enough - brilliant service & excellent rates. I have personally recommended them to friends and would again.

Outstanding service from Ricky, properties and tenants managed fairly for both them and us as landlords. We had a very difficult tenant who was managed excellently. We'll be handing out other properties over to Ricky.

Brilliant service. Always ready to help. Would highly recommend to anyone especially those new to letting properties as they make everything so simple and stress free.
