I would like to thank the Bedlington sales team. They were so helpful, friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. They managed all the viewings of the property by holding a one day open house and sold the property that day. They managed the whole transaction very professionally making it totally stress free for me. Jane and Faye have been brilliant throughout. I would also like to thank the rentals team who managed the property for me for 2 years they found me tenants very quickly and handled everything entailed with renting properties out very professionally  and always kept me well informed. To sell or rent I cant recommend the Pattinson teams enough thank you.

I wanted to give 0 stars but was not able to. Totally appalling service. Viewed a property which was a cash only sale. My estranged wife made a cash offer above the guide price - no response. She followed up with an email enquiry - totally ignored. If this is how Pattinson's conduct their business it is little wonder they are considered as a third rate organisation. Utterly appalled. I dare you to post this review but I suspect it will be filtered out.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. A special thank you to Kirsty, Jane and Faye from the Bedlington branch, they were very informative and helped keep my nerves at bay.

Best estate agent I have ever dealt with by far and I am shocked I am writing a positive review about the industry. A massive thanks to Linda. She listened to what my wife and I wanted and were trying to accomplish, then pointed us in the direction of suitable properties in the right areas as opposed to trying to sell us properties they wanted off their books. Five stars doesn't seem enough.

Pattinsons have been fantastic supporting me with renting my property and then selling. The team are dedicated to their work and always respond to queries quickly.  They are always professional in their response. I have truly appreciated the much needed help and support Pattinsons have given me  especially Blyth office.  I would have no hesitation going back if I needed to in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed with Jordane who absolutely took every request and viewing requirement I had seriously. He helped me with remote viewings and often let me know of upcoming properties as to be the first given that I was relocating. I will be using Jordane in the future and also be recommending him, he is such a great property consultant and really understands and listens to his clients requests.  Definitely worth every star rated here
