Thus is THEE best shoe shop ever. Staff so helpful went in for summer sandals got them in sale! Then saw a shoe I already have which is soooo comfortable I bought another two pairs and in tge sake as well Happy customer. Only down side is once in you won't leave empty handed lol.
What can I say . One of my favourite shops. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Great selection of shoes,boot and handbags. Don't think ever been in and not bought anything
Bought a new pair of Shoes and matching Handbag in this shop at full price to match a wedding outfit bought in the shop next door outfit clashes with brides mother.Tried to return matching handbag and shoes 6 days later had not been removed from boxs and was told i could not return bag. As these were a matching set i was so disappointed.The female at the till said i would have been told this when buying items which i was not she also said there was signs all over the shop bout returning goods.Considering when i went into shop i just looked at shoe stand for wedding shoes and when i purchased the 2 items nothing was mentioned about returns i am gutted and can say hand on heart i will never buy another item from this shop. I feel this is very bad costumer service even if they had offered me a credit note it would been the least they could do in my opinion. 05/02/2015
Great shop, fabulous staff and a great selection to choose from.
Recommended to this shop by a friend and despite having to travel quite a bit, it was worth the journey. We had first class service from friendly staff.

Great selection of shoes, boots and handbags at very reasonable prices. I went to Boardwalk, Cordners and Sitara Morgan but purchased in Patterson's.
