Despite the large queue a sales assistant noticed how my son was struggling with waiting in line. She arranged to come get us when it was our turn and let him sit on the big blue round sofa so he could watch his switch and move about. Excellent attention to details and shoe fitting was quick.
It was easy to park outside the shop. The staff was very nice and knew about the trainers i wanted and had a good Knowledge of them. The shop was big and bright. A great shop i will be back
Visited Donaghys yesterday , busy vibrant store , great selection all types of footwear, stylist and practical. .The childrens section amazing , trained staff to help and advise . Special thank you to the gentleman who was most helpful and purchases made in the childrens section in the store . Anne in the ladies section thank you, I just love my P-G trainers . I highly recommend this great family store _Donaghys Banbridge .
This place is awful bossy women trying to tell you what shoes you should and shouldn’t get when I want the ones I wanted waited over an hour to get shoes and then had to return ones but they wouldn’t let me won’t be back. To be honest need to sort their service out.knew I should’ve went terrible place terrible people.

Cannot recommend this company more. I live in the Republic of Ireland and I ordered two pairs of shoes for my 3 year old online at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they arrived at my door first thing Thursday morning - less than 48 hours later. They have an excellent selection of high quality shoes at great prices. Delighted I found this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.
Fabulous shoe shop. Service got off to a bad start but manager intervened and this vastly improved. Selection of shoes, boots and sports shoes is really good.
Best place to get kids and baby shoes, they take all the time needed to get measurements and help to make the right decision. Also great offers available
