We had afternoon tea which was served in silver teapot and the food on a 3 tier cake stand. The sandwiches appeared to be made fresh as they were not dry but very tasty. There were 2 scones each served with 4 different jams, butter and clotted cream plus the top tier had miniature eclairs, miniature carrot cake, miniature chocolate slice which was very rich a miniature mousse slice. The picture they display for the tea is an accurate reflection. The service was great too despite being busy.

Came here for a Sunday brekkie. Quiet, peaceful, seen to straight away! Food was Delicious and prepared very soon. Would happily return

We waited for half an hour, then got a dirty glass, so we asked for a straw. The waiter forgot our order of cakes. When the toasted tea cake arrived, it was not toasted and was not accompanied with butter or jam, we had to ask how it is usually served. The eating area inside had numerous flies flying around. It was a first and last visit.

Terrible service. There's a wide variety of seemingly delicious choices to be made. However, when asked only waffles and ice are available. We were there at 16h, which wouldn't be a time to run out of apple tarts etc. if you're a patissier...

A lovely place for afternoon tea. I received a voucher for afternoon tea for two here, and brought my other half along. I'm pleased to say it was a very pleasant experience, with good food (a surprising amount of it!) and good tea. It's not the fanciest place ever to exist, but it's certainly very good and I recommend giving it a go!
