I went to Patisserie at Fort today and was really not happy with the service. The staff ( Sophie) that was serving me grabbed a box to pack my order but few boxes fell out from where they were stored, and unfortunately instead of picking them up she just kicked them back in i.e. her shoes touched the boxes which she will use to pack other food stuff for the next customer :( She was very short with me and not very welcoming!

Visited VP Glasgow Fort today with a Groupon voucher that was for an afternoon tea, when we arrived the staff informed us that they were fully booked for afternoon tea and they couldn't offer us this. Instead of turning us away they offered us to choose a sandwich each , scones and a full size cake each with tea/coffee . The staff really went out their way to make up for the fact we .weren't getting. Exactly what was stated on the voucher however it ended up being better.Atmosphere great , staff were amazing so helpful and friendly and the service was excellent . Food was fab and the cakes were delish as always . We will definitely return thanks to everyone who was on today especially our waitress who didn't have a name badge to personally thank, i never write reviews but I felt the staff and manager deserve the recognition for going out there way to make sure we were not leaving dissapointed 😀

Menu is very limited and service is not great. Once we were sat at our table we were forgotten about and we ended up leaving.

Nice food and sandwiches but the service was absolutely horrendous.
