We left without ordering!!! As did another couple. . We sat for quite some time waiting for one of them to stop ignoring our attempts to get service. In the end my husband went to the counter thinking maybe we should have ordered before we sat down. The lady behind counter totally ignored him!!! He's 6'1" And hard to miss. When he finally said, EXCUSE ME, she glared at him annoyed and told him to sit down, someone would take the order. We asked a waitress who was passing, who put her hand up without looking at us and mumbled something as she passed. Miss MISERY from behind counter walked by and pushed another customers chair in an aggressive manner and told her to put her chair in!!! WOW!! the couple lookwd shocked, picked up their bags and left without ordering. We followed, WITHOUT ORDERING.
I came here with my 3 year old. Very suprised that they don't have suitable drinks for kids. I had a milkshake. He made far too much and turned to the staff and offered it to them. I found the milkshake to be too small. Excess would be good to go to customers as other places do.
Very disappointed with the service food was quickly served and we were told we could have refills of tea or coffee which we did bit had to keep going up to counter requesting more and the last cup took so long we were given takeaway cups we were never asked if we enjoyed the tea or if there was anything we needed won't return sorry
In store patisserie, very nice pastries, coffee is ok. You sit in dept store so quieter than coffee shop. Staff pleasant. NHS discount available.
Although I can't fault the cakes or hot drinks, the service here Hereford was very slow. So slow in fact that people were leaving the queue.
Ok place for a relaxing coffee. Nothing special. Service not very fast ..!...staff not focus acknowledging you but polite Good coffee
Always lovely food, great service even when busy, cannot fault it at all. Will definitely return.
Always plenty of choices when it comes to indulgent cakes and a nice cup of tea.Makes a nice change from tbe Debenhams cafe upstairs.
Thought the cakes I bought were very close to end of shelf life, definitely not fresh
Lovely looking cakes unfortunately my body is a temple and I have never eaten any of them
