I've been to this bakery many times and have always been treated with kindness and recieved good customer service. The food is always lovely. However, I went in not long ago and a new woman working there started serving me and was SO rude to me, humiliating me in front of other customers by making me out to be crazy, saying she couldnt help me because she didn't know what I was asking for, when all I asked for was 2 sausage sandwiches. She was so unwelcoming, I couldn't wait to leave. I ended up going elsewhere for food. I won't be returning for food if she's working there. The rating is lower because I don't understand why such rude people get employed. But I do think this bakery is lovely and sells great food for great prices!
