Fantastic service from both members of staff here today. We came for afternoon tea which has been brilliant. Very accommodating and went above and beyond of my little boy who also enjoyed his afternoon tea. We will be returning soon.
Came to this particular Partisserie Valerie with my mum today for an afternoon tea. We rang the day before to ask if we had to book, spoke to a man called Mike on the phone who confirmed no we didn't have to book and to just turn up. We turned up at 1 o'clock to be told they had 'ran out' of stock for afternoon tea! Mike offered us to book for the next day but had previously told us we didn't need to book. Mike was extremely rude to myself and my mum and insisted on arguing with us rather than apologising. Absolutely shocking customer service, Mike should work in the back not front of house!!!
Had an afternoon tea cost £25 for two small sandwiches good choice of cakes and scones but I would say only average for quality were changed extra for second pot of tea!!
Came for 'Afternoon tea' with grandparents at 1:30pm and they had ran out apparently. Further to this they didn't offer any alternative. I had bought a voucher online.
Always made to feel very welcome staff are so friendly and helpful and the coffee and tea are delicious cakes are wonderful Thank you
