Absolute waste of time! Took time out of my day to arrange a face to face meeting their preference to be told costs of 2 options with very little detail! Felt like I had to dig to find anything out! The face to face was with 2 people and felt more like a job interview! However, this didn't warrant 1 star! Having tried to understand the costs associated, was told a quote would be emailed over. Nothing received as yet! It's been 5 days since we all wasted our time to chat! If obtaining new custom takes 5 days, can they be trusted with a tax return? I've checked my spam, and I saw the email address that was written, so unless it's a typo that should've generated an undelivered response, not sure what's gone on here? Personally, I'd suggest you find somebody that has a level of customer service.
Paterson Brodie have been my tax advisors for many years and offer an excellent friendly service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring accountancy or tax services
