Horrible food. Ordered a tuna melt panini and wish I took a photo - hardly any cheese, the bread was lightly toasted and tuna all dry straight out of a tin. How they can get away with poor service and poor quality food I don’t know
Had a big slice of pizza, curly fries and a fruit shoot, the quality of the food was poor, it was like it had been sat for ages and it cost £7:40, better places to eat in the Intu
Only one of the staff members actually seemed to be giving decent customer service whilst the others seemed more interested in using their phones and giving blunt and some what rude attention to the customers that were waiting to be served. Dissapointed.

Ordered “Full Monty”, was supposed to get 2 eggs, only got one, wanted fresh tomato, they gave me a plum one. One star
Breakfast was good but they forgot the hot chocolate and had to ask for it again. Staff don’t appear to be the friendliest.
Only giving 1 star due to the fact the staff was polite and friendly the food is a disgrace to Italian food! I was charged £7.99 for the macoroni cheese.... The pasta was vile and the cheese was disgusting definitely will make sure I stay away from the apoorling place!
