Dave and the team have been fantastic over the past few months. No matter how large or small the order (or the unrealistic time frames!), they always deliver exactly what we're looking for! Thanks to all the team at Party World for making each experience exceptional

I went to this shop this week to collect an order and what happened there left me feeling so upset. When I got there I told the woman at the counter whose order I was there to collect. She pointed to three hillium balloons across from where she was sitting and said "there they are" but didn't get up to give them to me so I picked them up as they were personalised and asked her if that was all there was to which said yes. so me not thinking twice about it said thank you and left. 
It then turned out that the order was for 15 balloons and when spoke to over the phone, this woman said I went into the shop helped myself to the balloons without a single word and walked out! You can only imagine how this made me feel😡😠😡 
After that I said I would go and collect the rest of the order and when I got there, was when the rest of the balloons where being done and this time standing in the shop was three women a one hench man which kind of supprised me😕😒 but I went in anyway, collected the rest of the balloons and still made my complaint but they where all defending each other. 
Though part of me thinks this was a genuine mistake on there behalf and they could have delt with it in a more professional way, another part of me cant help me thinking these people tried to rip me off and then tried to threaten me!

If your looking for party balloons or fire works this place is the place to go.
