Finding a wedding dress is no easy task, but the session I had at High Society was fantastic. They have a great selection of styles and brands . I have since been there with several friends who have been on the journey to find their dress for their big day. From a professional capacity as a personal stylist / shopper I have always found their service excellent and staff friendly. So if you are looking for a wedding dresse,bridesmaid dresses or mother of the bride/groom outfit High Society have a fantastic array, plus the store is in beautiful Cowbridge and loads of fab places to have lunch after an appointment :)

Couldn't recommend High Society enough! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made my experience really relaxed and fun. A great service and beautiful dresses! Thank you!

I had a terrible experience with High Society and I certainly would not recommend this place. I paid the deposit in 2016 and went to collect the dress in April 2017. There were visibly loose cottons and rows of beading hanging off the front of the dress. The member of staff during the appointment agreed that ‘it was not good enough’ yet the shop would not provide me with a refund, and they failed to understand the inconvenience of having to return when it should have been in an acceptable condition in the first place. I am a reasonable person and I expected them to be professional but unfortunately, after several conversations, they viewed this poor quality as acceptable. In my opinion, they were also very unprofessional in the way they handled my complaint and spoke mostly about themselves and what they had to lose. There is nothing about quality control on their website and they have no guarantees about quality in their contract. Although they offered other options, they failed to understand my concerns as a customer. This proved to me that they are more concerned about making money than about providing a quality dress and a satisfying experience with the customers’ best interests at heart. This left a huge dampener on the wedding preparations and a terribly upset bride and family. I lost a lot of money, time and sleep during this horrendous experience and I would advise any new brides to go elsewhere.

Honestly an amazing shop! Had great service when I was in there, extremely friendly staff who are great at finding exactly what you are looking for! Couldn't recommend going here enough
