🚫🚫🚫AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE 🚫🚫🚫 If you like being spoken to like a piece of s##t and belittled by the manager then this is the place for you! I took a packed lunch for my boys due to allergies which generally makes picking food hard work and there often being nothing they like available so tend to take a packed lunch everywhere as it's easier. Admittedly I did not see the sign on the way in advising of this and if I had I would have explained my situation. For the manager to storm over to my friend and say " you will have to put that packed lunch away we have a no packed lunch policy" and storm off before we could say anything is just downright rude. Word of advice get your facts right before you blame somebody for something, FYI my friend whose child was not eating the packed lunch had spent god knows how much on your overpriced food. I went to the kitchen to explain why I had brought a packed lunch to receive rather rude responses from said manager via her staff, obviously not interested in your paying customers who had paid £13 entry. There are ways of dealing with these issues, none of which include being rude. Will never waste another penny of my money bringing my boys here again unless management changes and will advise family, friends and the thousands of people on children's allergy forums I am a member of not to bother bringing there kids to such a vile establishment - chose wisely who you pick on party & play because I assure you you have chosen the wrong person this time!!! Best of luck running a business with a manger who has zero customer service and people skills because it won't last long!

A pleasant experience when we took our god daughter. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Cafe price I felt was a little steep but understand why.

Large play area with dedicated pre-school/toddler section. The staff were willing to intervene without prompting when older children were in the area, making it safe and fun for our near two year old. The larger play area was enjoyed by our elder daughter. Whilst at the Funhouse we enjoyed food and drinks from the cafe. There's a wide selection although as the Funhouse was very busy, service was a bit slower than maybe expected. Food was well prepared and I recommend the BLT bagel. There's an outdoor play area that looks fun for warmer weather. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

A good sized play structure for both young and old. Spotless clean. Our only complaint is that older children (definitely older than 4) were in the toddler section and being quite rough which meant our 1 year old was a bit limited as to what she could do. Staff should have policed better.
